A Soft Wash Solution to Restore a Mold-Stained Outdoor Space

Our Approach
After inspecting the lanai structure and surrounding patio, we recommended a low-pressure soft wash treatment for both the enclosure and hardscape. We used a biodegradable cleaning solution to kill mold and algae at the root and soft rinsed all screen panels, frames, and paver joints without damage. We also hand-treated a few heavily stained spots around the base for a more uniform finish.
