Greg reached out to AJM Soft Wash Plus L.L.C after noticing green mold building up on his pool screen enclosure, patio frames, and surrounding concrete deck. Our Approach
We performed a full walkthrough of the lanai enclosure and pool deck, identifying areas with the heaviest buildup. Using our low-pressure soft wash system, we gently treated the screens, aluminum framing, and paver joints. We followed up with a light pressure wash on the concrete around the pool, removing algae and restoring the original surface texture without harming the structure.
